Best Practices for Working with LGBTQ Youth

PBJ Connections is opening our staff trainings to the community for free. Join us to learn more about best practices for working with LGBTQ Youth.

Colleen Dempsey is a Practice Associate for NASW Ohio, a contract clinician for PBJ Connections, and has worked tirelessly to advocate for the rights of many groups, including the LGBTQ community.

Michael Eblin is a Prevention Specialist at Kaleidoscope Youth Center, whose mission is to work in partnership with young people in Central Ohio to create safe and empowering spaces for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning and Ally youth through advocacy, education, support and community engagement.

Trainings are held at PBJ Connections office and are free to the community. EAGALA and Social Work CEU’s are available.
