Needle felting is a craft where you repeatedly stab a needle into a piece of wool to stiffen and shape it into the thing you want it to be. This repetitive motion takes your full focus and gives you a break from intrusive thoughts and worries. And you get to walk away with your own creations.

No experience is needed and supplies will be provided. Bring your own lunch.
