Connecting to Self, Environment and The Collective EFL Coping Workshop
May 11 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Join us for a transformative Equine Facilitated Learning workshop where you will embark on a journey of self-awareness and connection. Through interactions with our gentle and intuitive horses, you will explore the power of mindfulness, positive self talk, and connection to the environment and the collective.
Horses have a unique ability to reflect our innermost thoughts and emotions, providing invaluable feedback and insight into our own behavior and mindset. By engaging in a series of experiential activities and reflective exercises, you will learn to cultivate mindfulness, practice positive self talk, and deepen your connection to the beings and world around you.
Through this immersive workshop, you will gain a greater understanding of yourself, develop new skills for managing stress and anxiety, and foster a sense of community and self-awareness. Join us and discover the profound impact that horses can have on your personal growth and well-being.
**No horse experience required. Please wear close toed shoes, dress for the weather and bring a refillable water bottle.**
