Needle felting is a craft were you repeatedly stab a needle into a piece of wool to stiffen and shape it into the thing you want it to be. This repetitive motion takes your full focus and gives you a break from intrusive thoughts and worries. And you get to walk away with your own creations.

No experience is needed and supplies will be provided. Bring your own lunch. This workshop is geared towards adults.
